Der BGH wird in Sachen 4 StR 482/19 („Berliner Kudamm-Raser-Fall“ am 23. April 2020 eine mündliche Verhandlung durchführen. Wer dabei sein will, sollte sich beeilen. Für Medienvertreter stehen aufgrund der Corona-Epidemie nämlich lediglich 6 Sitzplätze zur Verfügung, davon sind bereit 3 für Mitglieder der Justizpressekonferenz reserviert. Immerhin wird die Verhandlung in den Medienarbeitsraum im Foyer der Bibliothek gestreamt. Dort stehen immerhin 15 Arbeitsplätze zur Verfügung.
„Interessierte Bürger“ dürfen als Öffentlichkeit natürlich auch an der Verhandlung teilnehmen, allerdings hat der BGH hier nicht geschrieben, wie viele Plätze zur Verfügung stehen.
